    State of Rhode Island requires that you receive your HRA reimbursement by direct deposit into your bank account. This means that you must provide bank account information to Via Benefits to receive your reimbursements.

    If you need to add or update your bank account information, you can do so using your online account at my.viabenefits.com/ri. To add or update this information by fax or by mail, download the Direct Deposit Authorization Form online.

    You can also call Via Benefits at 1-844-448-7298 (TTY: 711). When prompted, say “funding” to speak to the funding department. Please note that changes or updates to your bank account information take seven to ten business days for verification.
